Look I’m a Mathematician

Math is everywhere—pebbles on a path, bubbles in the bath, slices of pizza. Look I’m a Mathematician turns that everyday magic into playful experiments for young learners.

Playful math for curious hands

This DK activity ebook invites children to use their senses as mathematical tools. Through hands-on games and simple projects, kids discover that they already have what it takes to think like a mathematician: a brain, eyes, ears, hands, and a natural sense of wonder.

What young mathematicians will explore

The activities introduce core early math concepts in a concrete, joyful way. Children will practice counting, compare sizes, spot patterns, build shapes, measure everyday objects, and solve simple puzzles. Each idea is designed to grow with the child, allowing them to ask questions and try their own variations.
