Clear terms for a digital bookstore.
These terms govern access to Digital Delights, customer accounts, purchases, downloads, copyright reports, and use of digital products.
Last updated: August 22, 2026Nothing in these terms excludes consumer, privacy, copyright, or other legal rights that applicable law does not allow parties to waive.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing digitaldelights.co, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement or use the store with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
2. About Digital Delights
Digital Delights is an online store for downloadable ebooks and related digital products. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products are digital and no physical item will be shipped.
Questions about the store or these terms can be sent to [email protected]. If a law requires additional operator information for your transaction, you may request it through that address.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate, current information and protect account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may require verification before changing account or order information.
4. Products, prices, and orders
- Review the title, author or publisher information, description, format, compatibility, license, price, and delivery details before ordering.
- Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Availability may change before an order is accepted.
- An order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access is provided, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- We may decline, hold, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing error, technical failure, legal restriction, rights-holder complaint, or product unavailability. Any refund legally due will be provided.
- If a title is restricted or removed after purchase, contact us. Available remedies depend on access history, the reason for removal, applicable law, and the Refund Policy.
5. Payment and digital delivery
Payment is handled through the provider displayed at checkout. You authorize the applicable charge and confirm that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.
Eligible downloads may be provided on the confirmation page, by email, or through the customer account. Delivery may be delayed while payment or security checks are pending. Follow the Download Guide and contact support if access fails.
6. Digital product license
A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product as described in the Digital Product License and any product-specific terms. Ownership of copyright and other intellectual-property rights is not transferred.
7. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Because digital content can be accessed or copied immediately, refunds are limited as described in the Refund Policy, subject always to mandatory consumer rights. Where local law permits immediate digital supply only with consent and acknowledgment of lost withdrawal rights, checkout should collect that consent before access begins.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, publicly post, or distribute a product beyond its license.
- Bypass access controls, download limits, security measures, or account restrictions.
- Use the website for fraud, infringement, unlawful activity, scraping, malware, or interference.
- Misrepresent identity, payment authority, affiliation, or entitlement to a refund or copyright claim.
9. Intellectual property and rights-holder notices
The Digital Delights name, site design, original site text, software, and catalog presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Copyright and trademark rights in individual books, covers, author names, publisher names, and referenced works remain with their respective owners.
Suppliers, contributors, and other parties providing catalog material must possess the rights and permissions required for the proposed use. We may request evidence of those rights at any time and may restrict a listing while evidence or a complaint is reviewed. Rights holders should use the DMCA & Copyright Policy.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may depend on independent payment, hosting, email, analytics, or other services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply separately. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites beyond obligations imposed by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, universal device compatibility, or specific personal, educational, financial, or business results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Delights will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the website or a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
13. Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access for material breach, unlawful conduct, fraud, security risk, or infringement. Terms that logically survive termination—including licenses, payment duties, disclaimers, and intellectual-property provisions—continue to apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Digital Delights operator and the relevant transaction, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the consumer’s place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please email [email protected] with the order number, issue, and requested resolution so the matter can be reviewed in good faith. Any court or dispute-resolution forum will be determined under applicable law.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The revised date will appear above. For questions, contact [email protected].
