What does Digital Delights sell?
Digital Delights sells downloadable ebooks and related digital reading products. No physical book is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Which file formats will I receive?
The included format should be listed on each product page. Common formats include PDF and EPUB. Check the product description before ordering to confirm compatibility with your device.
How are ebooks delivered?
Eligible downloads can appear on the order-confirmation page, in the order email, and in My Account → Downloads when customer accounts and WooCommerce downloads are enabled.
I did not receive an order email. What should I do?
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders, then confirm that the checkout email address was correct. You may also check My Account → Downloads or contact support with your order number.
My download link expired or reached its limit.
Visit My Downloads Help and follow the expired-link steps. If access should still be available, contact support with the order number and checkout email.
Do I need an account?
This depends on the checkout settings. If guest checkout is available, keep your order email safe. An account provides the easiest way to see eligible downloads in one place.
Can I return or refund a digital book?
Digital products are generally not returnable after access or download, subject to applicable law and the exceptions in our Refund Policy, such as defective files, duplicate charges, or an incorrect product.
Can I share, resell, or upload an ebook?
No, unless the product license expressly permits it. A standard purchase is normally a personal, non-transferable license. Review the Digital Product License.
Are free books really free?
Products listed at no cost can be downloaded according to their individual terms. Some may still require checkout or an account so delivery can be recorded.
Does Digital Delights store my full card details?
Payment information is normally processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Digital Delights should not receive or store your complete card number. See the Privacy Policy for current provider details.

Do you have an affiliate program?

How can I request access to or deletion of my data?
