Refund & Returns Policy
Clear guidelines on digital product purchases, satisfaction guarantees, and refund eligibility.
Because Digital Delights offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (such as eBooks, PDFs, software, and design assets) that are instantly delivered, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed and the product download link has been generated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
We stand behind the quality of our digital library, but we also recognize that technical issues can occasionally occur. Therefore, we do honor requests for refunds under specific, limited circumstances to ensure you are treated fairly.
1. When Refunds ARE Granted
We will happily issue a full refund or a replacement under the following conditions. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Non-Delivery of the Product: Due to potential mailing issues with your email provider or our server, you might not receive a delivery email. If you cannot access the file via your account dashboard, and our support team cannot manually deliver it to you, we will issue a refund.
- Major Defects or Corrupted Files: Although all files are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If a file is genuinely corrupted, cannot be opened, or is technically defective, and our technical support team is unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.
- Product Not as Described: A refund will be granted if the digital item is significantly different from the product description or preview provided on our website. (Note: Claims based on personal expectations rather than stated features do not qualify).
2. When Refunds Are NOT Granted
To protect our business from abuse, we strictly do not issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: You simply decided you no longer want or need the product after downloading it.
- Accidental Purchase: You purchased the wrong item or “didn’t realize it was a digital download” instead of a physical product.
- Lack of Technical Skills: You do not possess the necessary software (e.g., a PDF reader, ZIP extraction tool) or technical knowledge to use the product.
- Third-Party Software Conflicts: For software and plugins, we do not issue refunds if the item does not work due to conflicts with other third-party themes, plugins, or specific server configurations on your website.
- Missing “License Keys”: As stated in our GPL License policy, certain third-party software is provided without developer license keys. We do not refund purchases because a customer expects a key for automatic developer updates.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for a valid refund based on a corrupted file or misrepresentation, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order Number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including screenshots of any error messages or corrupted files.
Our support team will review your request and typically respond within 24-48 business hours. Please allow us the opportunity to fix the file or assist you before requesting a refund through your bank or payment gateway.
4. Disputed Payments (Chargebacks)
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal, Stripe, or your credit card company for a valid digital download is a violation of our terms. If a dispute is filed without contacting us first, your account on Digital Delights will be permanently suspended, and your IP address will be blocked from future purchases.
