🛒 1. Ordering & Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account ensures that you can always access your download links in the future. If you lose your email or download link, you can simply log in to your account dashboard to download your files again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are 100% encrypted and secure.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways that adhere to strict international security standards.

📥 2. Downloads & Access

How will I receive my files?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a “Purchase Confirmation” page with your download links. You will also receive an email containing the download links.
My download link expired. What should I do?
For security reasons, download links may expire after a certain number of days or attempts. If your link has expired, simply log in to your account and go to the Downloads section to generate a new link, or contact our support team for assistance.
I didn’t receive an email. Where is my order?
Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, log in to your account on our website to access your files directly. If you made a purchase as a “Guest” and cannot access your files, please contact support with your transaction ID.

⚙️ 3. Technical & File Issues

I downloaded the file, but I cannot open it.
Most of our digital products are compressed in .ZIP format to make the download faster. You need to “unzip” or “extract” the file before you can use it.
  • Windows: Right-click the file and select “Extract All.”
  • Mac: Double-click the file to unzip it automatically.
  • Mobile: You may need a free app like “Files by Google” or “iZip” to open these files on your phone.
The file says it is “corrupt” or “incomplete.”
This usually happens if the download was interrupted by a slow internet connection. Please try deleting the file and downloading it again using a stable connection. If the issue persists, contact us immediately so we can fix the file for you.
What format are the books in?
Most of our eBooks are in PDF format, which works on almost any device (Phone, Tablet, Laptop). Some may also be available in EPUB or MOBI formats for e-readers like Kindle. Please check the product description before purchasing.

🔑 4. License Keys & Software

I bought a plugin/theme, and it is asking for a License Key. Where is it?
As mentioned in our GPL License Page, we do not provide license keys. The products we sell are pre-activated or function fully without a key.
  • Ignore the prompt: You can typically ignore the message asking for a key; the product will still work.
  • Why no key? License keys from the original developer are only for automatic updates and support from them. Since you purchased this at a discounted rate from us, you must update the file manually by downloading the new version from our site.
Do you provide technical support for the software/plugins?
We provide support for the download and file integrity only. We are not the original developers of the software, so we cannot help with installation, debugging, or fixing conflicts on your specific website. If you need deep technical support, we recommend purchasing directly from the original developer.

💳 5. Refunds & Returns

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the book/software?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or compatibility issues. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”
When DO you offer refunds?
We will issue a full refund if:
  • The file is technically defective and our support team cannot fix it.
  • You purchased the same product twice by accident.
