A fair policy for downloadable products.
Digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item. This page explains when a refund, replacement file, or other remedy may be available.
Last updated: August 7, 2026This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Review checkout consent requirements for immediate digital delivery in every market served.
1. General rule for digital content
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-product purchases are generally final once the download or access link has been supplied or used. This is because a digital file can be copied and cannot be physically returned.
If you have not accessed the product and contact us promptly, we may review a cancellation request before delivery is completed.
2. Issues that may qualify for a remedy
Contact us promptly, preferably within seven days of purchase, if:
- The supplied file is corrupt, incomplete, or materially unusable and reasonable troubleshooting or replacement does not resolve it.
- You received a materially different product from the one ordered.
- You were charged more than once for the same product in the same transaction context.
- A technical failure prevented delivery and we cannot provide working access.
- The product is materially misdescribed, subject to applicable law.
- A refund or cancellation is otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
Depending on the issue, the appropriate remedy may be a corrected file, restored access, replacement product, store credit where accepted, partial refund, or refund to the original payment method.
3. Requests usually not eligible
- Changing your mind after receiving or downloading the product, where law permits this limitation.
- Buying without checking the listed format, system requirements, language, description, or license.
- Lacking suitable software or a compatible device when requirements were accurately stated.
- Dissatisfaction based only on personal taste or failure to achieve a particular result.
- Requests connected with sharing, resale, infringement, abuse, or a violation of the product license.
- Inability to download caused by a temporary local connection or device issue that can reasonably be resolved.
4. How to request help or a refund
- Email [email protected] from the checkout email address.
- Include the order number, product title, purchase date, and a clear explanation.
- For technical issues, include the device, browser, file format, exact error, and troubleshooting attempted.
- Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
We may request reasonable evidence and verify purchase ownership. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Bank or provider processing times are outside our control.
5. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact support first so we can investigate. If you believe payment information was used without permission, also contact the payment provider or bank promptly. We may restrict access associated with refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions.
6. Withdrawal rights for immediate digital content
Some jurisdictions provide a cancellation period but permit it to end when digital supply begins only after the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Checkout must collect any consent and acknowledgment required by the buyer’s law and provide confirmation. If those requirements are not met, statutory rights may continue despite this policy.
7. Free products
No monetary refund is available for a free product. We will still try to correct a broken file or description and welcome reports through support.
