Apple iPad Pro 11 inches (Late 2018) 256GB, WiFi + 4G LTE – Space Gray (Renewed)
The 11″ iPad Pro from Apple, updated from the same one you know and love, steps up from its previous 10.5″ design and ditches the Home button for a display that’s more screen and less bezel. Built with the same Liquid Retina technology found on the iPhone XR, the iPad Pro’s 11″ display features a 2388 x 1668 resolution, ProMotion technology, wide color and True Tone support, as well as a 600 cd/m2 brightness rating. Performance-wise, Apple has replaced the A10X processor with the A12X Bionic chip. This multi-core processor handles all the computational and graphical processing needed for complicated tasks. In addition, it’s paired with a Neural Engine chip for advanced machine learning.
With the removal of the Home button which also functioned as the fingerprint sensor, the iPad Pro has opted for Face ID via its front-facing 7MP TrueDepth camera. Lastly, Apple has opted for a USB Type-C connector rather than its traditional Lightning connector for additional features and broader compatibility with other devices. The new iPad Pro has been completely redesigned and packed with Apple’s most advanced technology. It will make you rethink what iPad is capable of. With new, intuitive gestures, getting around is simple. The Liquid Retina display goes from edge to edge. A12X Bionic is the smartest, most powerful chip Apple has ever made. It has the Neural Engline, which runs five trillion operations per second and enables advanced machine learning.

Perfeitoooo
I loved my ipad pro 2018 I didn’t have much expectations but even when is not one of the newest ones it’s amazing!!! I don’t regret and you probably won’t too. No problems (until now) after a month of use 🙂

Outstanding – great value
Wasnât sure what to expect going with a renewed iPad, but amazing packaging, condition, and value. Included a charging brick and cable. Unit was clean and in excellent condition. Quick and careful shipping. Overall great experience.

I was initially nervous about renewed but it’s perfect
No fancy box, Samsung charger, but perfect iPad.There were some scratches around the charging port from where people obviously fumbled to find the USB-C port (but literally everyone’s going to do that, it’s what we get for threading a metal plug into a hole surrounded by metal) and that was it. No scratches on the screen, no corner/edge blur/weird coloration/slow responding screen nothing, it’s just a very very gently used like-new iPad pro. Battery’s great too, Amazon guarantees 80% of total battery life as though I have a real measure for what that means, what I can tell you in practice is, after about 5 hours of watching Netflix while I’m working at full brightness I need to plug in. When I’m drawing on it after about 3 hours, I haven’t even thought about the battery. When I’m goofing off with synths in Garageband for and hour or two, I still haven’t thought about the battery. If it’s only 80% of the overall life, I would have literally no idea. What I’m saying is, I’m sure there are duds, I’m sure Amazon would refund them. I didn’t get a dud, I got what is essentially a brand new iPad Pro from 2018 that I will be using for the next ~4 years for my design work, watching TV, browsing the internet, and goofing off with synths.I had a hard time choosing between this and the new iPad Air, and honestly, I don’t think either is a bad choice. Overall though, the lesser storage with the more fluid screen mattered to me. I’ve got a phone with a high refresh rate screen, and it makes everything feel better. Dieter Bohn said in a review of the new iPad Air vs the regular iPad, something like “it’s a nicer experience than the regular iPad, and when it comes to devices, whatever feels better to you is what’s going to matter over time.” and he was right. To me, I’m not working with huge space hungry files so storage isn’t a huge concern, and day to day, I will feel better with the faster snappier screen when I’m scrolling through newsfeeds.Overall, if you’re debating whether or not to get a new iPad Air, a new Pro, or this one, and the “Renewed” thing is a factor that’s scaring you, for real, do not worry, compare them as though this was also “new”

Seller unhelpful; defective device, return hassle/UPDATED review 7/23 – better seller!!
UPDATE 7/23: after returning and being refunded for the defective iPad sold by Kanga, I ordered a 64g in silver from Certified Tech. The device arrived via FedEx, securely packaged 3 days earlier than estimated. It came with an appropriate charging cord and wall piece and – surprise! – even an impact resistant Speck case with a cradle for the Apple Pen. This unexpected delight has been very useful and, despite me paying a little more for a 64g than I normally would (I need this for virtual teaching in the fall), it saved me a little in providing a safe casing for it too. The device came charged at 80% so it cut on immediately and was ready to go. Iâve been absolutely in love with my experience since – I feel as though I have a new device! The product itself had a single minute scratch on the side but it otherwise is in great condition and has been working beautifully. Iâll check back after a few weeks with updates.ââââ previous review, different seller:The device I received did not charge. I attempted to charge it with the charger sent (a Verizon charger) and a legit iPod charger from a friend. Neither worked over several hours. Set up for the refund while I contacted the seller who, not only closed their email using an entirely different name to address me but insisted they did not sell me the device and I must be mistaken. To be clear, this was sold to me (as verified by Amazon) by Kanga. As far as the return process, whereas normal amazon returns can be dropped easily at a locker, they required UPS, which is currently operating fewer stores and on more limited hours.

USB-C Port Failed, (Probably just a bad apple).
I purchased this for my pursuit of an aviation degree and was very pleased with the overall product. I was able to set it up and it worked properly until two weeks later. I wanted to try out the iPadOS 18 Beta, so, I registered as a developer and updated it. I was able to identify a couple bugs, and the ipad eventually crashed, so I planned to return to the stable ipados 17. This process requires a connection (USB-C) to a PC or Mac device to restore the OS. I booted the iPad into recovery mode, but the PC could not recognize the iPad, so I was unable to downgrade the os. I then tried some other methods to no avail, so I took it to ubreakifix. I initially said I couldn’t solve it and it could quite possibly be my PC, but they also couldn’t fix it. The one guy I talked to said he was very sure it was the USB-C port especially since it’s a refurbished (not new) item. I am very happy with the service provided at both Amazon and ubreakifix, I hope this information helps people with their decision.
