Photoshop Action Use Instructions:

1- Open your photoshop version.

2- Click on the “Menu Bar Window Action” and click “Load Actions”.

3- Open tour photo and brush where you want to apply the effect

4- Load action brushes and pattern then click play the action

5- In the end you just have to choose your action and click the play button.
