Great for learning how to use Procreate
Very well written and with useful graphics. I’m learning a lot from it. Glad I purchased this.

Good Book – Just Not Step-By-Step
This is a good book for learning about Procreate and drawing portraits. I had hoped that it was more of a step-by-step book for drawing portraits but that is not its purpose. It has some of that information but not exactly what I really was looking for — which doesn’t seem to exist.

As a “beginner plus” in drawing, to me this book strikes a good balance between drawing theory and practical advice. I had only practiced with pencils before, and it was very useful to bridge into digital art.A note about the book itself: The paper and cover feel very nice and I find the illustrations really striking. I would recommend!
