It works without any hassle!
I really enjoy this product, it goes on easy, without bubbles. It sticks on perfect, the magnetic edges stay put, the texture is perfect for the pencil, it’s textured but mostly transparent and any finger or palm prints wipe off easily and completely (I use a microfiber cloth). Nothing that I’ve done has left any scratches. Time will tell how well it lasts but so far, after a month of constant use, it shows no wear.It also has not interfere with the screen functions.It’s rare to find a product that checks-off all the categories, but this one does.

The Magnetic Paper-Feel Screen Protector is one such gem that has earned its place in my toolkit.Pairing it with the ESR tempered glass screen protector was seamless. They complement each other perfectly, providing double the protection without compromising on performance.Applying and removing it is a breeze, thanks to the magnetic design. I really enjoy the ability to easily remove it when I want to enjoy watching videos or browsing the web without any hindrances. This flexibility allows me to seamlessly transition between having a matte textured screen for drawing and the gloss of the tempered glass screen protector for everyday use without sacrificing the quality of my viewing experience. The matte screen protector also sits really flush to the screen, so unlike other magnetic screen protectors I didn’t feel the gap between the screen protector and the screen. The included storage folder is a thoughtful addition, keeping the protector safe and accessible when not in use.Drawing with this screen protector feels incredibly natural. There’s no noticeable lag, and the texture mimics the feel of pen on paper beautifully. It’s a definite game-changer for people who like to take notes or draw on the ipad.

Ineffective magnets, but still does exactly what I want
The black strips seem to be more like metal that’s attracted to magnets instead of an actual magnet. Plus, only the bottom strip of mine seems to be magnetic at all. The strip near the Face ID doesn’t react at all when I hold a magnet up to it, which is a shame because it could easily grab onto the Apple Pencil magnets that are there.That said, this screen protector still does exactly what I want: It’s a reusable cover to temporarily add a paper texture. Textured screen protectors like this one add visual noise to the display, so it’s nice to be able to use it off and on. As an added bonus, the packaging it comes in has a reusable sleeve that you can store it in to keep it free of dust. And if it does get dusty, you can clean it pretty easily without ruining it. It also works well over another screen protector. Surprisingly, pencil accuracy seems basically unaffected, and the texture is quite nice to draw on.From what I can tell, the main way the screen protector actually holds on is with some kind of static backing material. Think something like cling wrap, but if it stayed flat? It’s not an adhesive and doesn’t feel like it will wear out. And it doesn’t stick to everything, but nicely grabs onto smooth surfaces like glass. If you’re using it over another screen protector, that might make it a bit hit or miss whether it’ll stick to yours. It also means that it’s probably not the right screen protector if you don’t intend to take it on and off. I’ve accidentally removed it a few times now, including whenever I close the cover of the official Apple folio case. On the bright side: this makes alignment very easy. You can slide it around pretty much however you want until you press it onto the screen to stick it to the screen.I’d recommend this to someone who’s drawing on their iPad less than 50% of the time and from their home. If you draw more than that or when you’re out and about, I’d think you want a more permanent textured screen protector, like the Paperlike or Spigen’s PaperTouch.

Great Idea, but Needs Improvement
I am constantly writing, and for the first time, I’ve decided to try a different company that offers a better iPad writing experience. I have a few thoughts about ESR’s Paper-feel magnet screen protector. The included folder is a great touch, both handy and premium-feeling. The screen protector’s dimensions are perfect, fitting my iPad even with a case. Additionally, the anti-glare feature is excellent and works wonderfully. My favorite aspect of this screen protector is the ability to write on my tablet like it’s paper while still being able to remove it and enjoy the iPad’s original screen.However, I have encountered two issues. First, the magnets could be stronger, as the sides of the screen protector frequently detach, which is frustrating when I’m deep into writing. Second, the roughness level could be improved. In my experience, the Apple Pencil drags more on this protector compared to a pencil on paper. If these two problems were addressed, this screen protector would be the best option for those who write or draw extensively but still want to enjoy the iPad’s screen.EDIT: ESR reached out to me and replaced my item. I am adding two more stars because one issue is solved, and their customer support is excellent. It’s clear they care about their product. The magnets now stick better, and I no longer have the detachment problem, which has significantly improved my experience with the writing protector. However, I still find the roughness level to be on the rougher side. If I remember, I’ll provide a one-year update with my Apple Pencil tips and the feel of the screen protector. I might be nitpicking, but this is truly a great product for writers and drawers who also want to enjoy their viewing experience.

Nice Secondary Screen Protector
Love the texture for writing on my iPad 13â M4. I use it over a tempered glass protector. Easy to put on and take off. The magnet sticks well and does not interfere with my Apple Folio case but my Magic Keyboard Case will not shut correctly with it on my screen. Has a handy plastic sleeve to store in while not in use. Face ID works great with it on as it does not cover the sensor. Bubbles are no issue since it is removable and it 100% Anti-glare.

Probably the best screen protectors I’ve had. Feels EXACTLY like paper and works great with my apple pencil. Attaching and detaching is very easy and straightforward. I highly recommend.

Eu comprei o iPad usado e já veio com a Paperlike, que eu detestei e tirei logo nos primeiros dias. Já essa pelÃcula é ótima! Não atrapalha a visualização de vÃdeos (comparando com outras do mesmo tipo), é menos áspera, então supre o efeito de âpapelâ sem o barulho irritante caracterÃstico e, por ser magnética e não depender de adesivo, tem risco zero de dar bolhas ou grudar em cima de sujeiras que sempre aparecem no último segundo da aplicação da pelÃcula (quem tem gatos sabe como é).Vou deixar direto no iPad, mas achei legal que no pacote vem uma capa transparente pra guardar.
