Purchased the âExcellentâ quality of refurbished and it arrive in careful packaging, good shape, and working condition. Came with charger cube and cable. Setup was easy and painless as I connected it to my iPhone. Good value for money, happy I bought it.

I love this iPad. I got it for school but i’ve lowkey started using it already. The only issue is it charges slow. That’s my only complain. Came with no scratches or issues. Even came with a screen protector.

Great option!
Bought the âgoodâ version and received it today. So far itâs in excellent condition and works just like a new one. Only bad I can say is the back seems to get really warm when using. Hopefully it doesnât get worse when charging and maybe when a case is on it, we wonât notice. My 4 year old broke her old one so so far this has been a great replacement option at an even better price. I will be buying another to replace my 3 year olds out of date iPad as well.

Another update !!!Still no refund, now Amazon is saying that I returned the wrong item !!!!! I returned the item I received!!!! I canât believe all the mis information I was told by all the different Amazon representatives, they all lied to me about how this would be resolved and here we are months later and still no refund and no iPad ! I am in contact with my states attorney general to try and get Amazon to do the right thing and give me my refund!!!!!!Update on 1/9/24I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was totally ripped off all because I purchased a âAmazon Renewedâ iPad 9 in Excellent condition. I received the iPad in a generic package and also a generic charger. Out of the box the iPad would not turn on, thinking it just needed to be charged I used the included charger but it didnât do anything to the iPad, I got a different iPad charger that I had and same thing nothing would happen so I left it to just see if maybe it was just really dead and needed to charge overnight. In the morning when checking to see if it took the charge I noticed that the iPad had split open from the battery malfunctioning and bloated up inside the iPad. I contacted Amazon support thinking everything was going to be resolved since Amazon renewed items have a 90 day replacement or refund if your not satisfied. First I was told that it would be replaced with another iPad exactly the same and I could just dispose of the bad iPad then I was told no I would need to send back the iPad and could only receive a refund !!??? I asked about the 90 day replacement or refund but was told that refund was the only option because thatâs what the computer said !!!!???? I expressed concern that my money would be tied up for days or even weeks while the iPad was being sent back but the Amazon representative told me not to worry that he was having ups come to my house to pick up the iPad the next day and as soon as ups picked up I would be refunded within 2 hours and then would just be waiting on my bank to credit my account. This was not the correct information at all. The ups driver showed up the next day but could not take the iPad because the box was not taped up so he said he would come back the next day, later that day another ups driver showed up once again to pick up a Amazon return that I assume was the iPad but he didnât know what the exact item was he was picking up, I told him a different driver was already there and was coming back the next day so I didnât know why he was there. The next day the first driver came back to pick up the iPad to return, I had the box ready for him this time. To my surprise he said he had tickets for my address to pick up 3 different returns !!!! I told him I only had the iPad to return and had no idea why there were 3 different returns. The driver took my package and I was now waiting for the 2 hours to pass to get my refund well I waited overnight and still nothing so I called amazon to check on the refund and was told that they showed that ups did not yet have my package that was being returned!!!! And even if ups did have it the refund would not be processed until the iPad was received back at Amazon !!!!! While on the phone a third UPS driver shows up saying they are there for a Amazon return!!!! At this point I had no idea what was going on and Amazon was telling me that ups did not yet have the return and also did not know why the rep said the refund would be issued when the item was picked up by ups or why three different ups drivers came to my house. Well fast forward a week and I received an email from Amazon telling me the ipad that was returned was not the same ipad !!!!!!!?????? They said I would not be getting a refund and that they are the only dept that can handle this type of situation. So Iâm still without an ipad and I donât think I will be receiving a refund. I will never buy a Amazon Renewed item again after this awful experience.

Excellent condition, battery was very good and lasts days. No scratches other than a very little tiny scratch on the back which is literally no issue because itâs in a case now anyway. Iâm very happy with it and refurbish market is great. Good experience. Didnât make my Amazon prime 2 days shipping but showed up a few days later. Worth the wait considering the condition and price.

I bought this used iPad because, although it is older it is affordable, yet still a fairly current ipad. I was a little concerned that it might look used, but 8t 8s immaculate.It started up with no problem, I provided my Apple ID from years ago when I had an apple touch, and it worked beautifully. Of course most of that is down to Apple’s design and data management which some people might find disconcerting, but for me the seem less operation of devices and account info within the Apple ecosystem is a welcome relief from the Windows and Android devices I’ve been using.The only hiccup with this iPad purchase was that the charging cable failed right out of the box. Initially, I thought it was the iPad itself that was the problem, but I bought a new cable and it charged no problem.Having to buy a new cable immediately was a minor disappointment, but I probably would have bought a better cable anyway, so no harm done.You never know with cheap cables, and I’m so please with the condition of the unit, that I’m giving this purchase full marks…5 stars!

Was looking to get an iPad for a project but didn’t want to spend the ,money for a new one. This one was used and refurbished but an acceptable price. It looks brand new and is working great. So far the battery is holding a charge really well. Very pleased with this purchase

I got ‘Excellent’ quality, meaning my iPad was supposed to not many visible dents or marks when held at a certain length. That part was true, however, the charge was draining way too quickly. I checked the battery health and compared to a new iPad, it’s 0.01% currently. Remember that Apple thinks batteries lower than 80% need to be replaced immediately. It’s just disappointing because Excellent quality Refurbished items are supposed to have at least 80% of their battery and I got a product that’s not what I was promised. I am returning this even though it is said within 90 days of purchase, they will replace any items, that part turned out to also not be true.
