Sorry, this stylus has No Pressure Sensitivity, but it has Tilt Sensitivity. (On some drawing software/Notes, such as Procreate, goodnotes eg.)
Is it compatible with ipad 10th generation? Or iPad Pro 12.9 1st/ 2nd ?
Sorry, it’s not compatible with ipad 10th（Doesn’t work on iPad 9th/8th/7th/6th/5th Gen）and not compatible with iPad Pro 12.9 1st/ 2nd. Phone and tablet are also not compatible.
Will magnetic charging work with my iPad Pro?
Magnetic charging Only for iPad Pro 12.9″(3rd/4th/5th/6th Gen), iPad Pro 11″(1st/2nd/3rd/4th Gen), iPad Air (4th/5th Gen) and iPad mini 6. Other iPad models don’t have magnetic charging and won’t work with our stylus.
How to pair with my ipad?
Open Settings -> Bluetooth -> Turon on -> find the “RD pen” to connect. (Make sure the stylus is turn on and please disconnect the bluetooth if have used other moldes of stylus)
Why can’t it be charged with my iPad?
1. First, please make sure that your ipad model supports magnetic charging.
2. If ipad supports magnetic charging, please restart the ipad and charge it again.
3. If still can’t charge, please send us a message for after-sales service.
