This is a very good case to protect an iPad. It has a hand strap and a kick stand. No issues.

As tough as the pricier stuff!
I purchased this case for a shared 2023 iPad that will be used in the field, including construction sites. We’ve been using similar cases sold by other vendors, and this one is just as well-made and easy to install. The hand strap on the back of the case gives us a firm hold of the unit. The included screen protector saved us the cost of another purchase. The screen protector was very easy to install and left no bubbles, but the included tape for positioning the glass during installation was useless – it simply did not hold – use painter’s tape instead if you need that alignment help. There are, of course, limitations to how much protection such a case can provide, but this seems as good as any of them. Note that there is no removeable hard plastic screen cover as the more expensive brand has, but that cover is cumbersome, and has to be removed while using the iPad.

Great packaging to help keep all parts in tact. The casing feels like a good quality protection. The strap will be good for me to help prevent dropping my device and screen protector is good while working on the job site.

I need to use my iPad in the field for work… it needed to be protected.
I’m not easy on the equipment sometimes… and I need to be sure my iPad survives and that I have a firm grip on it when I’m in industrial areas or rooftops. This case is very good!

Well now I’m pissed!!!!
I initially loved this device. The portion of it protecting your iPad is very sturdy. It feels like you could run over it with a car and not suffer damage. Probably not, so don’t try. But here’s the bad news. If you like the kick-stand feature, you’ll only have use of it for 2-3 months. The latch will then break and the kickstand will no longer remain extended. I’ve just experienced this with the “second” one I purchased. The same thing happened to my first one. I assumed I was too rough, and I also had taken notice of the push button just above the kickstand. Previously I wasn’t pressing this to release the kickstand. I loved this device and particular feature so much, I bought a second one. This time, I made sure to press the “release button” before closing the kickstand. Well today, the second one broke. Let me assure you, without a latch to hold the kickstand in place, it does not work. I’m doubly pissed because I just bought the same case for my 3-year-old grandson’s mom. She uses the iPad for him, so I thought she needed it. I gave her the speech about the kickstand and the push-button yesterday. That was worthless, because in 2-3 months, it’s going to break anyway. Again, other than the kickstand latch, this is a very durable product. But why offer a kickstand option if that option is the weakness of your product, thus affording you a 1-star rating. Just take the damn thing off! I’m going a different direction now. Thanks for the effort.

Beware! Many air bubbles because instructions are so poor
UPDATE: I am returning case: I ordered this case when I purchased ny 10th generation iPad from Amazon. It was problematic from the start. air bubbles galore and that prevented the iPad from working consistently . The air bubbles prevented even contact with the touchscreen. I also found out that the case prevented volume buttons from working. The touch ID button is so far recessed you canât get your finger to touch it correctly. The iPad itself works perfectly when itâs not in the case. I have had this type of silicone case for my last two iPads. I chose this case over others because it had the tempered glass for the face of the iPad. Unfortunately this case has been the most frustrating one to install because of the tempered glass.. Please be aware the instructions included with the case are limited with not much detail. I had cleared a very clean space to install the tempered glass. That didnât help to keep the air bubbles out. After trying about eight times to get the tempered glass on the case without air bubbles I went to reviews to post a question and see if others had the same problem. As soon as I typed in the word air bubbles in the question box, very clear and detailed instructions popped up from the manufacturer. These detailed instructions should have been included with the case so you could install the glass more accurately Unfortunately, the more you move it the more air bubbles you get. At this point I am going to look for some liquid glass which my husband has heard works very well. The manufacturer should be embarrassed that they do not include the best instructions with the case. By the time you come back here to find help, it may be too late to fix it. I hope the rest of the case holds up better than the tempered glass portion. Also if using touch ID is important to you, do not buy this case. The 10th generation iPad has you touch the button on top of the case for touch ID. You cannot fit your finger in it because the button is too far down in the case. So you cannot use touch ID. I regret buying this particular case and may return it.
