If you’re a fan of Jurassic Park, or how movies are made in general, you’d really dig this. I purchased a copy several years ago, when I was on a Jurassic Park binge. It is chock full of information on how the second Jurassic Park film was made, from conception to the final cut. It is a really neat book to read and it details just about everything you could think of. Filled with probably a couple hundred pictures, and they’re all neatly labeled. My only gripe is that this book is a bit shorter and smaller in size than the first “Making Of…” book, published to accompany the first movie. Other than that, it is a great read if you can find a cheap copy.

I didn’t expect THIS much information to be in this book. It’s incredibly in-depth. I had no idea about a lot of the production for this film. The DVDs/Blu-rays don’t go anywhere near the amount of knowledge you’ll gain from reading this. If you’re a Jurassic Park fan, or a fan of how films are made in general, definitely pick this up if you can. If only Jurassic Park III had this type of book…
I enjoined this book very much and I think that every one who saw this movie (The Lost World: Jurassic Park) and saw all those amazing special effects that where used in the movie, will love to read it and impress even more!
