We offer free returns on anything that arrives damaged for 30 days or the buyer can file directly on USPS.com for a faster return process. For a full refund buyers must provide multiple photographs of the item/s including views of shipping box and packaging, to receive a full refund this is a requirement of the insurance to. Without photographs a refund cannot be issued.

A buyer CANNOT return a item under the “NOT AS DESCRIBED”  due to the photographs in each listing are of the EXACT ITEM you would be purchasing and receiving. We do not offer free returns nor do we refund original shipping fees “if something doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind”.  Buyers will be required to pay for return shipping, as well as a return fee if there are any changes or damages to item that may have occurred after we originally packaged to be sent to buyer. We do NOT accept returns on written/printed materials nor DVD’S, VHS tapes, software/computer games. Unless shipper has damaged then please follow instructions we have posted above 😊

We as sellers are NOT part of or have any control over the USPS FEES, DELIVERY SYSTEM OR  PERSONS.

 At the exact time & date stamped on the USPS receipt USPS has taken ALL responsibilities for item/s safety and arrival to buyer.

Once the tracking information is input into the sale of item buyer is responsible to contact USPS.COM for ALL DELIVERY CONCERNS, COMPLAINTS and or INSTRUCTIONS.
