This was a gift for my 14 year old grandson who wants to become an automotive engineer. He really liked it and keeps looking at it though he has read it.

muy práctica, lástima de una versión en castellano; muy bien editada y con contenidos muy útiles, absolutamente recomendable para los que quieren disfrutar del diseño

Has no lessons at all, they are interviews with designers with their opinions on contemporary, or rather 90’s and early 2000’s cars.

Should have been: How to Become a Car Designer”. This book is more of a career guide than a how-to.

The examples and blurblettes are so inspiring, it really got me started doing car design! It’s not so much informative as it is inspiring, but if you study each example, and use the designer’s notes as inspiration to keep you going, you can begin to abstract the basics of car design. Passion helps – there is virtually no “instruction,” as I recall.
